Ensuring that you are fully prepared and can present your passion and interest for the job are the ingredients that make the difference.
As an interview coach, Karen’s role is to act as your advisor and cheerleader. She will focus on you as an individual and tailor your coaching session to your own needs and requirements.
During her time as a recruitment specialist Karen has helped many, many people secure great roles in organisations as diverse as Barclays Wealth, Air New Zealand and Pfizer as well as lesser known small and medium businesses. She has worked with companies internationally from the UK and Europe to the US, Africa, Asia, the Pacific Rim and the Middle East.
Before your appointment, Karen will want to find out about your current situation and the role(s) you are being, or likely, to be interviewed for. This means that you can both establish your priorities, where you need the most help and whether you would like one or more appointments.
Depending on your requirements, your coaching session could focus on anything from preparing for a specific pending interview to looking at how to explain gaps in your career history, explaining your reasons for a career change, role playing, preparing for psychometric questions and strategies to overcome nerves.
Karen conducts interview coaching by telephone, Skype/FaceTime and in person in London and Cornwall. Contact her to schedule an appointment.
