Now that the weather has turned colder, I’m more interested in getting out for a run. I know it may sound daft but I prefer running in the winter than in the summer.

When I was in New York this time last year, I stumbled upon this Autumn wreath on the door of a house in the West Village. During my few days in Manhattan, I saw many other autumn decorations and loved the idea of celebrating the change in seasons – a way to brighten your home as the days get darker between now and the Christmas celebrations.
I have just been educated about the Tweed Run. May be it’s because I’m not a cyclist or that I’ve been slacking in the tweed wearing stakes but there is a whole world out there of stylish bike riding that I was unaware of.
